From the Farm

Still Hill Farm produces a range of seasonal goods grown and raised on our 251 acres in Becket, Massachusetts. What we offer changes with the seasons — and that is exactly the point.

Wild Ramps

Still Hill Farm sits on one of the most remarkable ramp hillsides in the Berkshires. Every spring, our wooded slope comes alive with an unprecedented carpet of wild ramps (Allium tricoccum) — the beloved, pungent wild leek that chefs and foragers prize for its short seasonal window. We harvest ramps carefully and sustainably, ensuring this extraordinary natural resource continues to thrive year after year. Available for a brief window each spring — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when ramps are ready.

Blueberries

Our property is home to very old, established blueberry bushes — heritage plants that have been producing fruit on this hillside for decades. Old blueberry bushes mean deep root systems, rich flavor, and berries that taste like summer in the Berkshires. Available mid-summer through early fall.

Farm Fresh Eggs

Our chickens roam freely on Still Hill Farm, foraging across the fields and living as chickens should. The result is eggs with rich, golden yolks and exceptional flavor. Available year-round at our farm stand.

Vegetables

We are growing an expanding range of vegetables on our Berkshire land — seasonal produce raised without shortcuts and harvested at peak freshness. Check the farm stand for what is ready each week.
